Indoor Arena - Full Day

Service Description

Get private access to our fully equipped indoor arena for a whole day. This is perfect for any Coach who wishes to host a full-day Clinic. The full day comes at a flat rate of $200 to be paid by yourself, the Coach, upon booking. A rider fee will be applied for all attendees at $40 per person and is to be paid in full at least 48 hours before the Date of Booking. Please note in the booking if you wish to use our poles, jumps and/or to book our in-house videographer for your session. Additionally, you will have access to a communal area, kitchen and bathroom with showers. We also offer use of our Upper Stables for $20 per horse - These MUST be cleaned out properly before departing. *Note - Payment to be made in full by Bank Transfer within 24h of booking to secure your spot. You will receive a Confirmation Email of your booking alongside general information regarding your upcoming visit once the payment has gone through. Cancellation Policy

Payment to be made in full by Bank Transfer within 24 hours of booking to secure your spot. You will receive a Confirmation Email of your booking alongside General Information. Please allow 10 minutes prior to your booking time slot for this, as a once-off. To Cancel or Reschedule your booking, Please do so at least 24 hours prior to your booked session. *A late-cancellation fee of 50% of your total ($) for the booked session will incur if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booked session.*
